What does “Business Acumen” mean?
Business acumen, also known as business sense, is having a good understanding of profits and loss. It also require an understanding of financial statements, strategies, decisions and actions that affect the numbers.
Business acumen is the keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation (risks and opportunities) in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome.
