The quote is taking a side in the eternal debate, should you launch your business or get a job somewhere ?

I will not lie to you, i do not think anyone can be an entrepreneur, there is an article on this subject “Entrepreneurs are Born or Made“.
What is true about the quote is the second part, you’ll end up working for someone that does. Because, usually to be a successful entrepreneur (unless you are a rich kid), you will need to have big dreams and goals and try to fulfill them. Hiring people (no matter the stage you are at), helps achieve the goals or at least head towards doing that.
The first part of the quote, If you don’t have big dreams and goals, is untrue. You can have big dreams but fail to achieve them (due to lack of luck or other factors), and then find a job to pay the bills. The opposite is also true, you can have a business by accident, without really any goals or dreams (you work somewhere, then for some reason you leave the job and open a competing business).
